Simple Terms & Conditions

This token gives the purchaser the right to reserve a delivery week in the Spring of 2021.
Deposits on bikes and trailers are currently fully refundable, since confirmation of color/size/style will not be available until after purchase. After delivery or receipt of the bicycle, the normal 10-day return period begins.
The remaining balance for the electric bike or solar trailer will be due upon pickup or delivery.

MPGe: Miles per gallon equivalent. Used to compare the efficiency of combustion-engine and electric vehicles. An EV (electric vehicle) with an MPGe of 100 will travel 100 miles on 33.7 kWh (kilowatt-hours) of electricity. That is 33,700 watt-hours. Our batteries have 700 watt-hours and an average consumption of 25 watt-hours/mile. Getting 28 miles for 700 watt-hours is the same as getting 1,200 miles for 33.7 kilowatt-hours, and from there is where our claim of 1,200 MPGe comes from.

Note on Charging: Charge our 13.5 amp-hour battery in 2.5 hours with the optional 5-amp charger. The included 2-amp charger will take between 6 and 7 hours to charge from dead to 100%.
